CSS Preparation Scholarship Result

Result for Scholarship tests held by ICE (Institute of Competitive Exams) Islamabad and ABM has been announced. A total of 21 Lucky candidates have been awarded Scholarships. 11 Candidates have been awarded 100% Scholarship while 10 Candidates have been awarded 50% scholarship. The candidates will have to pay Rs. 20,000 as security fee before joining the academy which is refundable at the termination of the course. Contact our program coordinator for further information. آل بلتستان موومنٹ سنٹرل کے نمائندوں نے اسلامک یونیورسٹی اسلام آباد کے انتظامہ سے ملاقات کی اور گلگت بلتستان کے زیر تعلیم سٹوڈنٹس پر اسلامی جمعت طلبہ کے حملے کی شدید لفضوں میں انتظامہ کے سامنے مزمت کی۔جس پر یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ نے باور کرایا کہ گلگت بلتستان کے طلبہ و طالبات کو سکیورٹی دیئں گے اور ائندہ ایسے واقعات پیش ہونے نہیں  دیں گے۔انتظامیہ نے اس بات کی بھی یقین دہانی کرائی کہ گلگت بلتستان کے کسی بھی سٹوڈنٹ کو یونیورسٹی سے فارغ نہیں کیا جاۓ گا۔واضح رہے کہ اسلامک یونیورسٹی میں اسلامی جمعت طلبہ کی جانب سے یونورسٹی کے کیفیٹیریا میں اپنے ناظم کو سیٹ خالی کر کے نہ دینے پر جی بی کے سٹوڈنٹ کے ساتھ تلخ کلامی ہوئی جو بعد میں شدت اختيار کرتے ہوۓ جھگڑے میں بدل گئی تھی۔

آل بلتستان موومنٹ کراچی ڈویزن اور اے بی ایم ایونٹس اینڈ میڈیا سوسائیٹی کے اشتراک سے سیمنار بعنوان ” گلگت بلتستان کا مستقبل کا انعقاد کیا گیا. اس سیمنار سے ایڈوکیٹ احسان اور سینئر صحافی عبدالجبار ناصر نے خیالات کا اظہار کیاـ شرکاء سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے ایڈوکیٹ احسان نے گلگت بلتستان کی تاریخی حقائق کو سامنے رکھتے ہوئے موجودہ دور میں ہونے والی مختلف پیش رفتون اور ان کے مستقبل پہ ہونے والے ممکنہ اثرات سے آگاہ کیا ـ اس موقع پہ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ گلگت بلتستان کا مستقبل نوجوانوں کے اتحاد اور ان کی جدوجہد سے وابستہ ہے ـ حالات بہت تیزی سے تبدیل ہورہے ہین اگر اس دوران جوانوں کسی بھی غفلت یا سست روئی کا شکار ہوئے تو آنے والے وقتوں میں خطے کے مسائل حل کرنا ناممکن ہو جائے گاـ گلگت بلتستان کے روشن مستقبل کے لئے منظم اور متحد ہو کر جدوجہد کرنے کی اشد ضرورت ہے ـ شرکاء سے عبدالجبار ناصر نےخطاب کرتے ہوئے گگت بلتستان کے طالب علموں کو گلگت بلتستان کی تاریخ پہ تحقیق اور موجودہ صورت حال پہ غور و فکر کرنے ترغیب دی تا کہ آنے والے حالات و واقعات سے نمٹا جا سکے. سیمنار میں کراچی میں مقیم سماجی شخصیات اور مختلف تنظیموں سے تعلق رکھنے والے طلباء نے شرکت بھی کی. سیمنار سے آل بلتستان موومنٹ کے چئرمین شریف اخوند زادہ نے بھی خطاب کیا اور مقررین کا شکریہ ادا کیا ـ

IBA National talent Hunt Program 2017

The IBA Ihsan Trust National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) is fully funded program jointly financed by IHSAN TRUST & IBA Karachi which selects, grooms, and prepares talented students from the less privileged areas of Balochistan, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir for comprehensive IBA admission process to enter into the BBA/BS Programs. This Two Months orientation program will be based on merit cum need consideration. It will enhance students’ knowledge of English Grammar & Composition, Mathematics and Presentation and Communication Skills and emphasize on personal development & grooming.

NTHP provides comprehensive training for selection into BBA/BS Programs at IBA and awarded financial support to enable qualified students to complete their degrees.

Degree obtained from IBA opens the doors to managerial positions in the leading business houses and multinational companies, education at IBA can become a powerful income equalizing force and upward mobility force.

Who Can Apply

MATRIC STUDENTS:
Students who have secured 70 % or above marks in the Matric examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education of Pakistan in the year 2016 and will be appearing for the HSSC Level-I examination in the year 2016.
HSSC LEVEL – I:
Students who have secured 70 % or above marks in the HSSC Level – I examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Pakistan in the year 2016 and will be appearing for the HSSC Level-II examination in the year 2016.
HSSC LEVEL – II:
Students who have secured 70 % or above marks in the HSSC Level II examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Pakistan in the year 2016 and interested to apply in IBA.

– How to Apply

Following are two ways to apply into the NTHP program. You may apply through any one of method as per your convenience;

1.Online Method (Preferable and strongly suggested method)

Students who meet the below mentioned criteria are eligible to apply in the National Talent Hunt Program by filling the Online Application form available on our website i.e. http://talenthunt.iba.edu.pk

2. Manual Form submission

Those who are unable to fill-up the online application form can download the Scholarship Form and send it back by March 04, 2017 to the ‘Coordinator, the IBA National Talent Hunt Program’, IBA Main Campus, university Road, Karachi

ABM #ColoursOfGB Photography Contest

ABM has announce to conduct “ABM #ColoursOfGB Photography competition for the first time. the competition will be held online and it will be based on facebook voting. The competition is aimed at promoting the unseen beauty of GB on social media. Details of the contest are as given:

  1. Photographs should be original and not to be taken from internet and any other source
  2. The photographs should not include any particular person in it. The pics may be of some scene, historical place in GB, or some cultural event in GB
  3. In case of duplicate entries contestants will be disqualified
  4. The submitted photographs will become copyright content of ABM website
  5. Pictures should be of reasonable size and quality
    6 last date for submission of photographs is 20th December 2016
  6. The competition will be held in two stages
    Stage-1: This stage will be based on facebook votes. 10 pictures with maximum number of likes will be shortlisted for Stage-2
    Stage-2: Shortlisted photographs will be examined by apanel of judges who will give marks to the pictures on the basis of
    Picture Quality
    Expertise
    Camera settings
    Theme
  7. How to get votes?
    Submitted pics will be shared on our official page right after submission. You have to share it and get maximum likes for it. Those who like the pictures must also like our official page otherwise the vote will not be considered. Likes must be only for the picture uploaded on our page. To get maximum likes you can share the picture to other pages, profiles or groups but u cannot re- upload it as it will not give you any votes
  8. voting will end on 30 December 04:00 pm. Likes after that will not be considered
  9. Following prizes will be awarded:
    Winner: Android Smart watch + Certificate
    1st Runner up: 3D VR Glasses+ Certificate
    2nd Runner up: Selfie stick+ Certificate
    Prizes will be awarded in the next ABM Prize distribution Ceremony

ABM Peshawar Division arranges Fatiha Khwani for Late Hasan Sadpara

ABM Peshawar division a fatiha khwani for the legend of Baltistan Hasan sadpara. Members of ABM Peshawar Division Took part in the fatiha Khwani and the participants paid tribute to the great hero and prayed for his soul to be rest in Heaven. The demise of Hasan Sadpara is a great loss for our region.

ABM Karachi Division meets CM Gilgit-Baltistan

On 29 Nov 2016, ABM Delegation of Karachi division with other students of Gilgitbaltistan met Chief Minister GillgitBaltistan Hafiz Hafeez Ur Rehman day before Yesterday at Press Club Karachi in which reminded him our charter of demands that we presented him last year but unfortunately he didn’t take a single step to any single issue the charter included:

  • Full funded scholarship for deserved and needy students of GB in government universities of Punjab,
  • Establishment of hostels in major cities of the country.
  • Nominations rigging issue
  • FPSC center in Baltistan region

The delegation also  discussed security and major issues of GB students in Karachi and request him to coordinate with Murad Ali Shah CM Sindh to increase our quota in NED universedity, Karachi University, Jamshoro University and Qaid Awam Interior Sindh in different departments. ABM emphasized Chief Minister to mention Gilgit Baltistan quota in Government owned Companies (OGDCL, PTA, PPL, PSO, PHA,POL, LTC ) and discussed on Gilgit-Skardu Road and Baltistan University.
